Privacy & Data Protection Policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026
At ARVION GROUP we value and protect your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, what we use it for and the rights you have, in accordance with Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data) and the UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
1. Data controller
ARVION GROUP S.A.S. is the controller responsible for processing your personal data. For any matter relating to your data, write to us at daniel.segura@arviongroup.com.co.
2. What data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form or our chats: name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message or conversation. We may also collect basic technical navigation data (such as your IP address) for security purposes.
3. What we use your data for
We use your personal data to:
- Respond to your enquiries and requests for information.
- Schedule assessments, demos or meetings.
- Provide our services if you engage us.
- Send you relevant information about our services (you can opt out at any time).
- Protect the security of our systems and prevent abuse.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (which you give when you submit the form or start a conversation) and our legitimate interest in handling and following up on business contacts. We never sell your data to third parties.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, update and rectify your data; to request proof of the consent given; to be informed about the use of your data; to withdraw consent and request deletion of your data where there is no legal duty to retain it; and to lodge complaints with the relevant data protection authority (the SIC in Colombia, or the ICO in the UK).
6. How to exercise your rights
To exercise any of these rights —including requesting that we delete your data or unsubscribe you— write to us at daniel.segura@arviongroup.com.co. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
7. Data retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or while a business relationship exists, and then we delete or anonymise it, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.
8. Third parties and providers
To operate, we rely on trusted technology providers (for example, CRM, email and cloud hosting services) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data protection agreements. Some of these providers may be located outside your country, so your data may be subject to international transfer with appropriate safeguards.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data (encryption in transit, access control and secret protection). No system is 100% infallible, but we work to keep your data secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will publish the current version on this page along with its update date.
11. Contact
If you have questions about this policy or about how we process your data, write to us at daniel.segura@arviongroup.com.co.
